We want our guests feel at home and we take care of them
Three large rooms, to give peace and privacy, each has a private bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. A comfortable double bed, three-seater sofa, it becomes a bed for the third guest, itturns into a bunk bed for the fourth guest. Two rooms for four people, one room for three people. Independent entrance, each room well separated from the other rooms, private veranda equipped with a table and sun-bed, to enjoy and fully experience the Sicilian typical relax feeling

Account payment to reserve the room 30% at booking, final payment at arrival cash or bank transfer before check out.
LOW SEASON March, April, October : in case of cancellation, up to 15 days before arrival, deposit refund.
HIGH SEASON: Easter, 25th april, May, June, July, Augut and September deposit retention.
In case of no-show full payment required.
Tourist Tax: € 1.50 per person per day, extra, subject to changes by the institution
Rates include
Linen, private patio, use of table and sun bed, wi-fi, tv, electric station with moka and water kettle , hairdrayer, fridge bar, air conditioning, heating, Daily Rearrangement of the room, if vacated by 10.30 a.m.

Check out: within 10:30 a.m.
ECOFRIENDLY:
For stays longer than 3 nights, towels will be changed the fourth day.
Linen will be changed in case of stays of 6 days or longer, the fourth day.
